I work with CEOs, C-suite executives and founders across industries—from founder-led companies to established organizations in transformation. The strongest fit is with leaders who have real decision authority and the appetite to create change.

How do we start?

We begin with a 45-minute discovery call to explore what you want to work on and whether we’re a good fit. If we decide to work together, we set up a recurring cadence.

Time commitment?

Sessions are 60 minutes. We start weekly to build momentum quickly and may later move to a biweekly cadence, depending on what is happening in your role and what best supports the work. Between sessions, there may be experiments to try when useful.

Where do sessions happen?

Online first; in-person intensives and onsites are available.

Do you work with teams?

Yes — with cofounders, executive pairs and leadership teams.
